The journey
This is the journal of a journey I am making around the edge of the pacific between February and June 2006. Stops on the way are Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the West Coast of the United States. The title is a reference to The Pacific Journal of Adam Ewing, a chapter of David Mitchell’s Cloud Atlas, but I will not be visiting the Chatham Islands.
